Just in Case
- Carry a photo of you and your pet. If you get separated, it will help with the search and be proof of ownership.
- Be sure your pet is microchipped and registered. Carry a copy of the chip number and the name of the registry with you as you travel.
- Consider a pet emergency card to alert authorities that you have a pet waiting – you can write where you’re staying on the card. Download here: bit.ly/PetEmergencyCards
