Certified in the BETTER CITIES FOR PETS™ program in 2024, Cape Coral, Florida scored especially well in the Shelters trait of our pet-friendly cities model.
The city also boasts pet-friendly restaurants, like Fathom’s Restaurant & Bar; the 97-acre Rotary Park and its Wagging Tails Dog Park; as well as the Cape Coral Animal Shelter, whose store has great items for pet lovers in exchange for a donation to support pet adoption.
